Aquatic Group Classes at the JCC
Dive into aquatic group classes that combine fitness, fun, and flexibility in a vibrant water-based setting! Our certified instructors lead energizing workouts that are designed for every age and ability level. Because the water reduces impact on your joints, these workouts are ideal for improving strength, endurance, and heart health—without the strain of land-based exercise.
Whether you want to ease into movement with gentle water aerobics or turn up the tempo in aqua Zumba, our aquatic group classes offer something for everyone. In addition to helping you stay fit, these classes also provide a refreshing, social atmosphere that keeps you motivated.
Class times and full descriptions can be found on our pool schedule.
