Join us for a chef-led culinary experience with Yehuda Sichel featuring live cooking demos of seared salmon, Turkish-style pepper salad, Israeli salad, and lemon tahini. Then enjoy building your own Laffa wraps while learning techniques and the cultural traditions behind the cuisine.

About the Chef:
Yehuda Sichel brings over 20 years of experience, with a background in fine dining. He attended culinary school in Israel and worked under acclaimed chefs including Michael Solomonov and Georges Perrier. He made his mark in Philadelphia as Sous Chef at Zahav and later as Executive Chef and Partner at Abe Fisher. In 2020, he opened Huda PHL, a gourmet sandwich shop in Rittenhouse Square, and in late 2025 expanded with Huda Burger.
