Celebrate the flavors of Mexico just in time for Cinco de Mayo with another hands-on culinary experience led by Chef Jerzy. Known for her engaging and interactive classes, Chef Jerzy will guide participants through the preparation of classic Mexican dishes while sharing techniques, tips, and the traditions behind the cuisine.

In this flavorful class, you’ll learn how to create a delicious menu featuring:

  1. Veggie Birria Tacos – rich, slow-cooked and packed with authentic flavor
  2. Frijoles – a traditional and comforting Mexican staple
  3. Mexican Rice – perfectly seasoned and cooked to complement any dish
  4. Pico de Gallo – fresh, vibrant salsa made from scratch

Participants will enjoy a hands-on cooking experience followed by the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the meal together. Food and supplies provided. Dietary laws observed.
