20+ Years of Experience
Jessica has experience leading Parkinson’s therapy and support groups focused on voice,
cognition and communication.

A welcoming new program for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and their loved ones and caregivers.

Parkinson’s can affect more than movement. Changes in voice, speech, memory, thinking and communication can impact everyday life and
social connection.

Join us for a supportive, engaging and fun hour designed to exercise your voice, stimulate your mind, build communication confidence and connect with others who understand the Parkinson’s journey.

Each session may include:

  • Voice and speech exercises
  • Memory and word-finding activities
  • Brain games and trivia
  • Reading and conversation practice
  • Cognitive challenges
  • Social connection and group discussion
  • Helpful strategies for participants and caregivers

No pressure. No judgment. Just a welcoming space to learn, laugh, connect and stay engaged. Caregivers and loved ones are encouraged to participate, connect with others and share experiences in a supportive environment.
