Get your lifeguard certification at the Katz JCC! Our hybrid course combines online learning with in-person skills training and testing. Upon completion, you’ll receive your lifeguard certification along with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers & First Aid certification. This comprehensive course prepares you for your new career in water safety, offering the essential skills needed to respond to emergencies in aquatic settings.
New Certifications: To earn your new certification, attend all three days of the course. Upon completion, you’ll have the skills necessary to ensure safety in swimming pools, beaches, and water parks.
Age Requirement: You must be 15 years or older to obtain a certification
Lifeguard Certification – $275 per person
Re-Certification – $175 per person
