Step Outside, Slow Down, and Reconnect
Join us for a unique outdoor experience designed to help you connect with yourself, with others, and with the healing energy of nature. Research shows that time spent outside reduces stress and enhances overall well-being—so let’s take a walk, slow down, and embrace the benefits together. Each week, we will meet at a different natural location throughout the county. This is an outdoor program, weather permitting, and site details will be provided upon registration.
Upon registration, you’ll receive an email with a list of tentative meeting spots, a map and directions for the first class, and helpful details to support your experience.
Pre-registration is required.
The Learn, Move, Create program is partially funded under Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, through a grant by the Division of Intergenerational Services. Donations to the program are welcome, and will be used to enhance and expand existing services.
