Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, meditation, and Chakra healing. Your sound bath experience begins with breath work and an intention‑setting guided meditation designed to open the Chakras (energy meridians in the body), clear blockages, and align your energy with the soothing, restorative frequencies of the crystal bowls. Research shows that sound healing may help reduce physical tension, stress, and anxiety while improving focus, energy, and overall, well‑being.
Each session also incorporates calming breathing techniques and guided meditation to help settle the central nervous system. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat or sit comfortably in a chair. No experience is necessary.
